Where do you ship to?
The main countries we service to are New Zealand, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, and the United States.

For New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and United Kingdom it typically takes up to 14 days for delivery (including processing time).

For the United States it typically takes 14-21 days for delivery (including processing time). 

Can I return any item if I am not satisfied?
Of course! Please contact us within 14 days to let us know about why you want to return your item and we will help you with the return process. We only accept unused items.

** Buyer will pay for return shipping.

What if I have other issues?
If you have any issues, if your item is defective or missing please do not hesitate to contact us so that we may assist you as best as we could. If we are not contacted within 7 days of the item being delivered we will assume everything is fine. 

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE:
We have had several e-mails from customers stating they have not received any type of confirmation and often times it is because:

(1) there has been a typo in the e-mail provided by the customer

(2) it went to the spam folder.

** PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CORRECTLY INPUT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS**
Every customers receives notifications via e-mail and text (if option is checked) when the order is:
- Confirmed
- Shipped
- Out for delivery
- Delivered
Tracking numbers are also provided. This is to ensure orders do not go missing. 

As we stated: If we are not contacted within 7 days of the item being delivered we will assume everything is fine.
